The prospects of a full-scale Take That reunion gripped fans again after band members refused to rule out a return for Robbie Williams.

Speaking backstage at Thursday night's Royal Variety Performance, singer Mark Owen said: "Who knows, who knows?" after being quizzed about the chances of a dramatic comeback for Williams.

And asked if the band reunions were a good idea, Owen's colleague Howard Donald replied: "Oh definitely, everyone loves a chance to reminisce."
