If you go here they are actually selling all four covers with a bonus free poster and they deliver worldwide at varied costs...just ordered mine!!

The site has told me to use another card to buy them but I only have the one bank card!!! 
Looks like I won't be getting them afterall!! 
I have the money in my account and the type of card it is, is listed in what cards they accept so why won't they let me get them!!! B*stards!!!

Man, i was going through the purchasing process and then i saw how much tey want for shipping to Israel, 18 quid
