Take That Come To Town Sunday, 7 December 2008, 8:00PM - 9:00PM

Jason Orange, Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Gary Barlow perform some of their greatest hits, plus songs from their new album, The Circus, in a one off special for ITV1.

Take That Come to Town will be staged in the round providing a fitting backdrop to the magical show.

The grand spectacle promises to deliver a real treat for fans and viewers as well as some special surprises.

The show will be filmed as live in the lads’ home town of Manchester in front of an intimate studio audience of fans and will transmit shortly afterwards on ITV1.

The band will perform classic hits including Shine, Rule the World and Never Forget and their new single Greatest Day.

Claire Horton, Controller of ITVP Entertainment says: “The ITV entertainment department are delighted to be teaming up with Take That again and promise a night that you will never forget.”

'Erm can I just add that it WON'T be live....It has already been filmed on the 21st & 22nd of Nov so ITV are liars!!!'

Hi has anyone heard something of the recordings yet?I am sure it will be great :=)
Does anyone of you at least know how many people were allowed to attend in the end?

We won't hear any recordings etc before its on tv as there were no cameras allowed in the studio and if any were to be spotted they would be confiscated. Its the same with all ITVs programmes. Couple of hundred got to go in the end as it was filmed over two dates, you can see the ad for it here:

Me too...and no I didn't get any either!!! The people that did get them though were people I'd rather didn't get them....like the bitchy ones over on the ofiicial forum!! Its so obviously the tickets were not given out fairly (in my opinion) as theres too many people on that horrid forum that got them compared to other forums!!

I know!!! Those bloody mods we had trouble with on fbook got tickets for being mods of the forum basically!!! So wheres my tickets for being the mods of their facebook page!!!! Bloody cheek!!!

common, do you really think it's THAT hard to bypass this small problem?
i don't want to become anyone's friend just so i could get a free ticket or sometihng. i rather buy it, fair and square
