ROBBIE WILLIAMS BACK WITH TAKE THAT
Robbie Williams spent seven hours in a New York recording studio with his former band Take That on Saturday (26.09.09).
Robbie Williams has reunited with Take That.
The 'Bodies' singer was spotted at New York's Electric Lady Studio on Saturday (26.09.09) with his former bandmates Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Jason Orange.
The group is reportedly working on new songs ahead of a reunion tour.
A source said: "He is back with Take That in the studio and they're all writing together again. Robbie wouldn't be happy performing old Take That songs that he has had no part in.
"But if they can pen new tracks that they're all happy with, they'll record them and he'll be back with them on stage."
It is the first time Robbie, 35, has worked with the 'Greatest Day' hitmakers since he quit the band in 1995.
The singer flew from Los Angeles to New York last Wednesday (23.09.09) to celebrate Mark Owen's stag party with the rest of the band at private members' club Soho House.
Three days later, the five men spent seven hours at the recording studio in Manhattan's West Village, leaving around 9.20pm.
Robbie is said to have watched Gary, Mark, Jason and Howard put the final touches on their upcoming live album, before sitting down to write new material.
The source revealed to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "The lads really did want to celebrate Mark's stag do. But they thought it was the best place to hook up and start writing again without attracting too much attention.
"They are nowhere near recording anything. This was a writing session to see how they go."

Re: ROBBIE WILLIAMS BACK WITH TAKE THAT
TAKE THAT EXTEND WILLIAMS' STUDIO TIMETAKE THAT have boosted fans' hopes of a reunion with ROBBIE WILLIAMS after reportedly booking more time in the studio with their former bandmate.
The Angels singer quit the band in 1995 to pursue a solo career and the four other members - Gary Barlow, Jason Orange, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald - disbanded the group a year later.
The foursome reunited in 2006, releasing a number of hits in the U.K., and have been repeatedly subjected to rumours Williams would rejoin them after Barlow admitted he'd love the original line-up to reform.
Williams accompanied Take That to the Electric Lady Studios in New York on Saturday (26Sep09), sparking speculation the band will soon release new music together.
And it appears the boys have hit it off - they have reportedly agreed to meet up again for an extended writing session, according to Britain's the Daily Mirror.
A source tells the publication, "It's been 14 years since all five have been together for an extended time and they were having a blast. It went so well they all agreed to meet for a second session. It's a bit of a boys' adventure."

Re: ROBBIE WILLIAMS BACK WITH TAKE THAT
If he was to rejoin I would have to say I probably wouldn't be as eager to see them when/if they ever toured with him. But it wouldn't stop me seeing them or buying their music altogether! I don't like the idea of him joining the group again but to be honest if they want to do it a few fans opinions are not going to change their minds. If they want to do it they will regardless. I say be prepared for all possible outcomes of this rumour, its looking more likely everyday!!
It is nice they have finally put their differences behind them though!!
